Directly pressed Ploussard. Is it a rosé? Not quite sure. Ploussard’s thin skins push this into the lighter, skinsy side of things. Is it delicious? Absolutely. Probably my favourite from Yves to date. All red apple skin bitters, spice, and that signature electric energy. ABV:11.5%
