Description
Place: Jura, France
Grape: Ploussard
Vibe: Ethereal
Ploussard from Poligny in its purest form. Fermented in fibreglass. Almost rusty but so fresh and alive. Fruit forward at first with red currants and orange peel before going all smoky on the finish. Yves’ work is incredible, both in the vineyard and in the glass. IDK why he still flies under the radar. This is an exceptional vintage. ABV: 12.5%
