Description
Fresh agave leads with lime zest, herbal notes and a touch of pepper. The palate shows bright citrus, earthy undertones and a gentle sweetness, finishing clean and crisp. Made at Hacienda Casa Macías in Jalisco by Don Manolo, it is produced without additives using slow-roasted agave, roller-mill extraction and natural fermentation before bottling on site.
