Vineyard & Production
Sourced from family-owned vineyards in Serralunga d’Alba, Grinzane Cavour, La Morra and Barolo-Novello, alongside select grapes from long-standing grower partners. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks with around 20 days of skin contact to extract colour, tannin and aromatics. The wine is then aged for three years in mid-toasted French oak, 70% in large casks of 20 to 50 hectolitres and 30% in barriques, balancing structure and elegance.
Tasting Notes
Ethereal aromas of violets, blackberry jam, liquorice and cloves on the nose. The palate is dry and austere, with fine tannins and a lingering note of almonds on the finish. A wine of real depth, precision and classical Barolo character.

A natural partner for braised meats, truffle dishes and mature cheeses. Also excellent with wild boar, slow-roasted lamb and hearty Piedmontese classics such as tajarin with meat ragu.
