Description
A boatload of five different hops crammed them into a huge DDH IPA. The Polly’s team let Amarillo take the lead on this beer with all its floral, tropical, and orange notes, with additions of Galaxy, El Dorado and Citra adding juicy stone fruit flavours, before rounding out with a 5kg addition of Mosaic to finish everything off.
