Description
Perhaps the most unusual of all the artisan eaux-de-vie produced by the highly regarded Hans Reisetbauer, this is a spirit that will help you see in the dark. Ok, maybe not – but it will treat carrot fans to the fresh, earthy and sweet flavours found in their favourite vegetable, alongside a balanced, lingering finish.
Around 35 kilograms of carrots are needed to make one litre of this spirit, which is crafted in one of Austria’s most modern distilleries.
