Where to start… fruit from three plots of ungrafted centurion Listán Blanco vines located on the volcanic cliffsides of Tenerife. Everything is done by hand and yields are eye-wateringly low. Needs some air or a decant but my god, when it opens up does it draw you in. Tropical Island Grand Cru Chablis vibes. Smoky, mineral-laden, tight as but still welcoming. Serious business. Serious piss. ABV: 12.5%
