Description
This is a triple-cask matured Irish whiskey with plenty of character. A mix of single grain, single malt and pot still components, it’s aged in ex-bourbon, oloroso and pedro ximenez casks. Expect notes of toffee, caramel and dried fruit, with a gentle spice running through.
