This single malt is dedicated to the people who make a living fishing on the North Sea coast. The limited-edition Danish whisky was made from Odyssey barley grown on the distillery’s own estate and matured in ex-bourbon casks. You can expect a maritime dram with notes of seaweed and smoked kippers giving way to roasted coconut and butterscotch.
