Grapes for this bottling come from the oldest vines on the Tiberi estate, some of which are 150 years old. Sheesh! A quick two day bath on skins has this hovering in that elusive territory between a textured white and an orange wine, but tbh, must we stick a label on it? Stone and tropical fruits co-mingle on the palate with some Mediterranean herbs and searing acid. Punchy and intriguing. ABV: 13%
