Description
Vincent Bliard Champagne is based in Hautvillers and is now run by the third generation of the family – Florence and Antoine. Since its infancy, organic viticulture has been a part of the ethos of the house in order to allow the terroir to shine. In the winery they are very much hands-off, leaving the winemakers imprint on the wine as light as possible. This Champagne is a testament to the family’s outlook of ‘always look on the good side’, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes this has a full bodied character with notes of apple crumble and toast, but still retains a beautiful elegance.
