Description
Vincent Bliard Champagne is based in Hautvillers and is now run by the third generation of the family – Florence and Antoine. Since its infancy, organic viticulture has been a part of the ethos of the house in order to allow the terroir to shine. In the winery they are very much hands-off, leaving the winemakers imprint on the wine as light as possible. This wine is a blend of different harvests and blends left in the cellar until it reaches its peak. Give it time to open in glass and it will show the beautiful orchard fruits, baked apple, walnuts and toasted brioche
