This is the Bianco coming out of their beautiful refurbished Sicilian palmento. We’re in the world of textural whites/somewhat skinsy. It’s a big, old-school blend from the northern side of Mount Etna, so you can expect sunshine, citrus, and a lick of sea salt. Every time I drink this, I start craving Pasta con le Sarde. Don’t know what that is? Google it, then take yourself on a little trip to the shops. Trust me. ABV: 12.5%
