Description
A small-batch rye with a nose full of lemon peel, satsuma, apple, peppery rye spice, vanilla caramel, and floral honey aromas. On the palate, it’s complemented by notes of fragrant citrus, toasted rye bread, and melted butter. Made with a mash bill of 56% rye, 33% corn, and 11% malted barley, it was matured in heavily charred barrels and bottled in bond.
