Description
Place: Jura, France
Grape: Chardonnay
Vibe: Accomplished
Maylis doesn’t seem to miss, this fizz included. Tasted in the dark, dimly lit Ackerman caves during La Dive Bouteille, it still shone brightly among the many wines poured, elite Champers included.
A Blanc de Blancs packed with racy orchard fruit, a touch of beautiful autolytic character and her hallmark saline finish. This release has also seen an extra year of élevage too. ABV: 11%
