Description
Crisp, bright fino sherry with notes of fresh baguette, green apple, almond and lemon. A subtle coastal side with sea spray and white stones makes this an excellent accompaniment to squid or oysters but the classic pairing of fino and jamon Iberico will also work beautifully.
