Grown from an uncommonly known varietal of grape, the Bellone, which was widely cultivated during Roman times in the Lazio region.
Tasting Note: Delicate nuances of peach, jasmine, and a whisper of almonds on the end. Akin to the Cortese grape – the source of renowned wines such as Gavi – this pairs delightfully with smoked salmon or serves as an excellent aperitif.
