Description
Place: Penedès, Spain
Grape: Montonega
Vibe: Pét-Nat + Friends
About as far from the usual Spanish plonk as you can get. This is that rare beast of a wine that can go easy drinking or serious, depending on what mood you’re in. Fresh and puckeringly tart, full of florals and white, fleshy fruit, this is the ideal bottle to see out the summer with. Nice and low on the booze front too, so it’s basically guilt-free. ABV: 10%
